Welcome Muggles and Wizards alike, to the home base of snitches - a podcast revealing what the Ministry doesn't want you to know!

Carley and I are super excited to get started. Right now, we're working hard on getting all the basics created. Although we're super pumped to actually start recording the podcast, there are things you simply have to do first. We've made our intro music (a modified version of Umbridge's theme from the HP movies - it's just so upbeat and magical! Umbridge still sucks, though), logo, intro phrasing, Facebook page, and now we're working on the website.

I'm thinking that for the first episode, we should do some introductions about ourselves and our prospects for the podcast. I also think it'd be cool to give a general introduction to the magical world that J.K. Rowling has designed. What are the basic tenants of their society? How does magic, as we know it, function? What are some general rules of the wizarding world?

Our main goal with this podcast is to have fun. Carley and I are both moms, wives, and functioning/contributing (well, sort of anyway) members of society with jobs and aspirations that have absolutely nothing to do with Harry Potter. This is our little fun project to give us some time to focus on ourselves and our friendship. We are so happy to have the ability to involve other people in that! Looking forward to what the future holds.
